I have over a decade of experience in Learning & Development, creating videos, podcasts, courses, and live learning experiences for some of the coolest companies in the world.

I've trained all types of professionals, from Fortune 50 executives to the team at Tony Robbins, and it's always an adventure.

Facilitation & Workshops

I've created and led hundreds of live experiences ranging from 1-hour sessions to 6-week learning cohorts. I've trained employees and managers, created standing room only sessions for major conferences, and trained influencers and LinkedIn Top Voice too!

Conference Sessions

I led two sessions at an event at Google's Saint John's Terminal office in June 2025. I've led similar sessions at the Microsoft MVP Summit and many other conferences!

Propel at HubSpot

I rebuilt HubSpot's 8-week Director Plus onboarding on-demand learning curriculum and am now piloting a quarterly multi-day event in HubSpot's Cambridge office.

I've led over 45, multi-day custom workshops virtually and at LinkedIn offices around North America for companies like Adobe, Zoom, and IBM over 3 years.

Higher Logic Academy

I built and delivered the curriculum for Higher Logic Academy (live and virtual), training tens of thousands of Association leaders and executives over 3 years.

Target Business College

Revamped and lead Target Business College, an onboarding program for new team leaders for over 2 years.

Video Production

I bring full-cycle video expertise to L&D — hundreds of productions where I've handled scripting, filming, editing, and on-screen delivery. My content has appeared on major platforms including one of LinkedIn's YouTube channels and HubSpot's INBOUND.

Voiceovers & Tutorials

I create voiceovers and explainer videos that turn complex ideas into engaging content people actually connect with. From concept to final recording in my home studio, I handle the full process. I'm also skilled with AI tools like ElevenLabs to create custom voice styles.

Playbooks & Workbooks

I design playbooks that people want to reference, not file away. My approach makes complex workflows accessible and engaging for everyone from frontline employees to C-suite leaders.
