It was a privilege to have met Michelin trained sushi chef Charlie Lee and Hidekazu Tojo at the “Sushi and the City” press and media event. Chef Charlie Lee will be teaching sushi and sashimi classes in Vancouver starting May 6.

The Tokyo Style - Consists of 6-8 pieces of nigri, 1 maki roll, and served with soy sauce



Charlie Lee is the head chef at Tsuki Sushi Bar in Gastown.
